Contact and General Information
Patient satisfaction and exceptional customer service is the basic principle in the way that I work and that starts with the very first time that you contact me. If you have any questions about the treatments, conditions or would like to discuss your injury or pain issues please just telephone me.
I like to answer every phone call personally and at times you may have to leave an answer phone message. In this case your call will be given priority and returned as soon as possible.
Of course, for your own convenience and ease, should you choose to use the automated e mail contact form you will get an answer the same day.
I am based in a very central location. Just ten minutes drive from Worthing and Hove and only twenty minutes from Brighton, Horsham and Burgess Hill and within easy reach of all of the main roads with plenty of free parking directly outside. If you need to come by public transport the clinic is based on a number of major bus routes.
Please note that I run a 24 hour cancellation notice period. This is because I help a large number of patients every week and if you don't show or cancel without any notice this takes away the opportunity for treatment to another patient. If 24 hours notice is not given then you
will be charged for the appointment.
